Shipping Policy
How We Ship
All Loud Aussie Apparel products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. This means your order is printed and shipped fresh, no sitting in a warehouse collecting dust.
Production Time
Once you place your order, please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and prepared for dispatch. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 3–8 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- UK & Europe: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods (e.g. Christmas).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
