However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colours exactly as they appear in real life. Slight variations may occur between digital mockups and the final printed product due to screen settings, print methods, garment type, fabric texture, or supplier differences.

Product measurements are provided as a guide only. Slight size variations may occur between garment batches, brands, and suppliers.

4. Designs, Satire, and Political Commentary

Some Loud Aussie Apparel designs may include parody, satire, humour, political references, public figures, slogans, or social commentary.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our designs are intended as expressive, humorous, or opinion-based artwork. References to public figures, political parties, organisations, events, or public issues do not imply endorsement, approval, sponsorship, or affiliation.

5. Orders

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the relevant postal or courier service. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

9. Print-on-Demand and Custom-Made Products

Some products may be printed to order after your purchase is placed. Because these items may be made specifically for your order, we may not be able to cancel, change, or refund an order for change of mind once production has started.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot be excluded.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed, significantly different from the description, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
